Ten of the state Honorees will bew named America's top ten youth volunteers of the year at a special ceremony in washington, D.C., in early May. These National Honorees are awarded an additioinal $5,000, gold medallions, crystal trophies aand $5,000 grands for the charities of their choice.

After filling out applications online, students should print them out, sign them, have a parent sign them, and fax the signed signature page to (627) 627-9685. Them they should submit their entire printed applications to their principals by Monday, November 2. (If a student does not have Internet access, he/she can call 877-525-8491 toll-free to receive a paper application form.)
